Move a complete revised set through change review, package updates, checklist refreshes, and bidder publication.

Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Upload and verify the revised set
Upload the revision with a clear version and date, then monitor drawing ingestion.
Retry failed or unavailable sheets and confirm that every intended sheet is present before continuing.
Confirm the complete drawing set
When ScrubPlan asks whether the complete drawing set has been uploaded, review the uploaded version and sheet count.
Choose Yes, Update Trades only when the replacement set is complete. If the updated drawing analysis failed, choose Retry and wait for it to finish.
Let ScrubPlan analyze the revision
The update remains gated while required drawing review or analysis is unfinished.
ScrubPlan compares the latest drawings, updates each existing trade, waits for package scope summaries, and then updates the related packages.
You can leave the page while processing continues and return from the activity notification.
Review Change Analysis and Change Log
Open Change Analysis to inspect added and deleted drawing scope against the prior set.
Review the Change Log by package and confirm the detected revision impact before changing bidder-facing requirements.
Review every updated package
Open packages marked for attention and review their new or changed Scope Locations.
Correct package assignments in Drawings or Interactive Reviewer. Complete Exclusivity Review when the revision introduced overlapping scope.
Refresh affected checklists
Select Refresh All Checklists and monitor each affected package through Queued, In Progress, and Completed.
Open every refreshed checklist, restore valid manual requirements, and recreate related Bid Leveling Checklist content when prompted.
Review downstream work
Update Contract Inclusions, Scope Gap Analysis, Quote Review, and Bid Leveling content that depended on the prior checklist.
Confirm the final scope, bidder list, and bid due date for every package.
Publish the revision
Select Publish Updated Drawings to Bidders.
Review recipients and the Include scope locations, Include quote review, and Allow grouping-level Yes/No options, then confirm publication.
Use Project Messages to explain deadlines or revision instructions that need additional context.
