Bid packages
Update all packages after a drawing revision
Move a complete revised set through change review, package updates, checklist refreshes, and bidder publication.
Before you begin
- A completed revised drawing upload
- Existing bid packages
Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Upload and verify the revised set
Upload the revision with a clear version and date, then wait for Completed status.
If it is a full replacement set, make it current. If it is a partial addendum, keep the full current set intact and review the partial document separately.
Review the detected changes
Run Change Analysis and Change Log for the new version.
Review additions, deletions, and package summaries before changing the bidder-facing scope.
Update every affected package
Open Bid Packages and select Update all Bid Packages for Latest Plans. This action appears when at least one active package needs review.
Wait for the confirmation: Bid packages updated for latest plans.
Review package scope locations
Open each package flagged for attention. Review new or altered Scope Locations and correct package assignments.
If overlaps were introduced, complete the Exclusivity Review before finalizing checklists.
Refresh or recreate checklists
Select Refresh All Checklists for packages whose locations changed.
When ScrubPlan says an updated scope checklist was produced, review it and recreate the Bid Leveling Checklist as directed. Preserve any manual requirements that still apply.
Review downstream work
Update Contract Inclusions, Scope Gap Analysis, Quote Review, and bid-leveling content that depended on the prior checklist.
Confirm the final scope and bidder list for every package.
Publish the revision
Select Publish Updated Drawings to Bidders.
Review recipients and the Include scope locations and Include quote review options, then confirm publication.
Use Project Messages to call out deadlines or revision instructions that require additional context.
