Analyzing Scope Documents
1. Now that the project drawings are uploaded, you are all set to analyze trade specific scopes of work. From the project page, select ‘Analyze’ then select the desired trade from the drop-down menu. After clicking ‘Analyze’ again after selecting the desired trade, ScrubPlan will being analyzing each note on the drawings.
2. After the results have loaded, review all of the suggested trade breakdowns for accuracy. If any details shown do not belong in the results, you will have the option to Move, Copy, or Delete each detail by selecting the box next to the detail then selecting from the options.
3. If you select Move or Copy, the below window will pop up. Use the drop down to select the trade you wish to move/copy the detail.
4. Once you have reviewed the suggested scope breakdown and made any edits, select ‘Save Progress’ to save any edits made to the scope document. Selecting ‘Back’ will not save any progress.
5. After selecting ‘Save Progress’ you will be able to view the scope document again and continue making edits by selecting ‘Edit’ on the project screen.
6. From the project screen, you are also able to create a link to the scope document. Select 'Copy Link' form the project screen and a link will be created for you to paste. Anyone with this link will be able to view the scope document but will not have access to anywhere else within your account nor will they be able to make any edits to the scope of work.
7. From the project screen, users can combine ScrubPlan trades by designating the package within the below box in lieu of using the move/ copy functions. This feature is typical when defining a multi-discipline package.
