Before you begin

  • At least one completed drawing or specification upload

Step-by-step

Follow these steps

  1. Choose how to analyze

Open Analyze Scope Documents and choose a specific trade, or select Auto-Analyze to create and analyze several packages at once.

For Auto-Analyze, review the proposed trades and edit package requirements with the pencil icon before you run the analysis.

  2. Run the analysis

Select Run. You can leave the page while the analysis continues in the background.

Return to the project and open the analyzed trade or package when processing is complete.

  3. Review each result

Move through the drawing and specification hits and confirm that each highlighted item belongs in the selected scope.

Open the Interactive Reviewer when you need to see a result in its document context.

  4. Move, copy, or delete results

Use Move when a result belongs to another trade, Copy when more than one trade needs it, or Delete when it is not relevant.

For Move or Copy, select the target trade or package and confirm the action.

  5. Save your progress

Select Save Progress before leaving the review.

Use Copy Link to share a read-only review with another stakeholder when they do not need editing access.

  6. Combine trades into a package

When several trades belong in one procurement package, combine them and confirm the package name.

Review the combined results before creating the scope checklist.
