Check document readiness

Open Analyze Scope Documents and review drawing and specification ingestion status.

Retry any failed or unavailable sheet. If processing is still underway, you can queue Auto-Analyze and let it begin when the required files are ready.

Choose one trade or Auto-Analyze

Select a specific trade for one package, or choose Auto-Analyze to prepare several packages at once.

For Auto-Analyze, wait for ScrubPlan to suggest the trades found in the project documents.

Review the suggested trades

Check each suggested trade and package name. Add a missing trade, clear an unnecessary selection, or retry the suggestions when the list does not reflect the documents.

Open a package to adjust its name or requirements before starting the analysis.

Choose the automatic next steps

Enable Accept suggested trade selection automatically when you want ScrubPlan to continue without waiting for a manual trade review.

Enable Create bid leveling checklists automatically when the selected packages should receive generated checklists after analysis.

Enable Proceed with Bid List Agent recommendations when the workflow should continue into bidder research after the packages are ready.

Run or queue the analysis

Select Run Auto-Analysis. If ingestion is still finishing, confirm the queued workflow.

You can leave ScrubPlan while the packages process. Assigned project users receive an activity notification when the results are ready.

Review the analyzed scope

Open each completed package and verify the drawing and specification results.

Use the Drawings workspace or Interactive Reviewer to inspect highlights in context. Move, copy, delete, restore, resize, or comment on results as needed.

Continue to checklists or bidder research

When prompted, choose Yes, Create Automatically to generate the scope checklists.

Choose No, Open Bid List Agent when you want to review bidder recommendations before creating checklists, or continue manually from Bid Packages.
