Compare a current drawing set against its prior version and review added or removed scope.

Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Upload the revision
Upload the revised drawings using the same drawing workflow as the original set, including the version and date.
Wait until the new files show Completed.
Mark the complete replacement current
Open Current Drawings and select Make Current for the new version.
Only use Make Current when the upload is a full replacement set. Do not use a partial addendum as the project’s complete current set.
Update the analysis prompts
Review the comparison prompts and edit them if the revision needs project-specific focus.
Review each view
Use Current to inspect the latest drawings, Prior to inspect the baseline, and Change Analysis to see detected differences.
Review the Added and Deleted results and confirm each item in its document context.
Continue the revision workflow
Run the Change Log, update package scope, and refresh affected checklists.
If the project has active bidders, update all bid packages and publish the revised drawings.
