Change Analysis
1. When a drawing revision or addendum is received, upload the new plans to the project using the same process described in Creating New Projects of this tutorial. The new revision will then show up under the ‘Document Versions’ list.

2. To view the list of current drawings within the project, click on the ‘Current Drawings’ button to review the list of current drawings.

3. If you are uploading a new set of drawings (100% Design Development to 100% Construction Drawings) and all sheets are being replaced by the new drawing set, select 'Make Current' below to remove all previous sheets from the "Current Drawings" list. 'Make Current' should only be selected if no sheets from the previous version are a part of the 'Current Drawings' list. If you are uploading an addendum or a revision where the entire set is not being replaced by the new drawings, you should NOT select 'Make Current'.

4. After the drawing revision is uploaded, ScrubPlan automatically recognizes that there is an updated set of drawings and the next time you click on ‘Edit’ within the Scope Documents list, you will be prompted to update the Scope Document for changes.

5. After ScrubPlan has analyzed the new drawings, the Scope Document will have additional tabs for ‘Current Scope Document’, ‘Prior Scope Document’, and ‘Change Analysis’.
a. The ‘Current Scope Document’ tab is all details assigned to the selected trade from the ‘Current Drawings’ list.
b. The ‘Prior Scope Document’ tab is all details assigned to the selected trade from the drawings prior to uploading the latest version.
c. The ‘Change Analysis’ tab will list off all details that were “ADDED” or “DELETED” between the ‘Current Scope Document’ and the ‘Prior Scope Document’.
