Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Open the package
Open the project, select a bid package, and choose Contract Inclusions.
If you are using the project-level view, select the package you want to draft.
Create the inclusions
Select Create and choose the desired detail level. ScrubPlan uses the package checklist, project documents, and organization standards to draft the written scope.
Creation usually takes about 30–45 seconds, depending on the amount of scope.
Review every grouping
Read the inclusions by grouping and project area. Edit the text directly, delete a grouping that does not apply, and confirm package assignments.
Use the drawing review when you need to verify an inclusion against its source.
Use the finished scope
Copy the completed inclusions into your procurement document or downstream workflow.
If the underlying checklist changes, refresh or recreate the Contract Inclusions and review the new draft before sending it.
