Complete an Exclusivity Review
Resolve drawing scope that was assigned to more than one package before bidders see it.

- Analyzed packages with overlapping scope
Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Open the review
Select Exclusivity Review from the project. The action is unavailable until drawings exist.
ScrubPlan may open this review automatically after Auto-Analyze when overlapping assignments are found.
Review the overlap count
The opening summary shows the number of overlapping assignments. Select a sheet to begin.
If the summary says No scope overlaps, no exclusivity decision is required.
Inspect the colored highlights
Use the sheet controls to move through the overlap pages.
Hover over or select a colored highlight to see the packages currently claiming that scope.
Choose one owner
Select the existing package that should keep the scope.
Choose Other to assign it to a different created trade, or Delete from all trades when no package should contain it.
Resolve every highlight
Each completed decision removes that highlight from the unresolved list.
Select Save Progress when leaving before completion. When all overlaps are resolved, ScrubPlan saves and exits automatically.
Refresh downstream scope
If package locations changed, run Refresh All Checklists and review the affected Bid Leveling Checklists.
