Before you begin

  • At least one created scope checklist
  • A checklist flagged for updated scope

Step-by-step

Follow these steps

  1. Confirm why a refresh is needed

Look for the attention indicator on Refresh All Checklists. It appears when Scope Locations, package assignments, or a document revision made one or more checklists out of date.

Review Change Log and any altered scope locations before refreshing so you understand the impact.

  2. Start the refresh

Select Refresh All Checklists. ScrubPlan queues only the affected package groups.

The control changes to Refreshing Checklists while work is in progress.

  3. Watch the status

Track each package as it moves through Queued, In Progress, and Completed.

You can continue other project work while ScrubPlan processes the queue.

  4. Handle a failed package

A failed package remains flagged as out of date. Read the error, correct the underlying document or package issue, and run the refresh again.

Do not publish bidder updates while a required checklist is still stale.

  5. Review the refreshed content

Open every updated checklist and compare it with the previous requirements. Restore any valid manual rows that should remain.

If the project prompts you to recreate the Bid Leveling Checklist, do so and recheck pricing, alternates, acknowledgements, Contract Inclusions, Quote Review, and Scope Gap Analysis.
