Archiving & Restoring Projects

 1.   ScrubPlan subscription packages are based on the quantity of active projects. Once estimating and project management teams are done using ScrubPlan scope tracking, the project can be archived to free up space for new projects.  To archive a project, click the green ‘Active’ indication on the project tile.  Make sure the project is no longer needed in the short term as it takes 2-3 days for the project to migrate, and the process cannot be stopped after it is started.
