Documents & scope
Use the Drawings workspace
Open current sheets, overlay analyzed package scope, and make corrections directly on the drawings.
Before you begin
- A completed drawing upload
- A completed scope analysis when you want to display package highlights
Step-by-step
Follow these steps
Open the current drawings
Open the project and select Drawings, then choose Current Drawings.
Use the drawing set and Project Area controls to find the correct sheet. The list shows sheet number, version, and project area when available.
Open a sheet
Select a sheet to open its source PDF in the drawing viewer.
Use the sheet controls to move through the set. Zoom, pan, or reset the view as needed.
Choose packages to display
Select Add Packages and choose one or more analyzed packages.
Apply the selection to plot their highlights on the drawings. Package selections apply to the current review session.
Filter the drawing set
Choose Show all drawings to browse the complete set, or hide pages without highlights to focus on sheets that contain selected package scope.
Use the materials panel to find a specific result and select its matching highlight on the sheet.
Select and inspect highlights
Select one highlight or drag across the sheet to select several. Review the material, package, source text, and any existing comment.
Use Show Deleted when you need to inspect items that were removed from the package review.
Correct the analyzed scope
Move an item when another package owns the scope, or copy it when more than one package needs the same location.
Delete an irrelevant item or restore a previously deleted item. Choose the destination package when moving or copying.
Resize a highlight when its plotted area does not cover the correct drawing content, and add a comment when another reviewer needs context.
Finish the review
Confirm immediate-save edits as you work and select Done when the current editing action requires it.
Resolve any unsaved-change message before changing sheets or leaving the workspace.
If package locations changed after checklists were created, run Refresh All Checklists and review the updated content.
