Step-by-step

Follow these steps

  1. Review the return summary

When you return to ScrubPlan, review the completed-activity summary. Results are grouped by project so you can work through one project at a time.

Read the activity title and completion status before opening the result.

  2. Open completed work

Select View to open the related project, package, or feature.

Select View Changes when an activity includes added or deleted scope details that should be reviewed before downstream work continues.

  3. Use live alerts

While you work, watch for a live alert when a background activity finishes. Live alerts close automatically after a short period.

Open the alert immediately when the result affects your current task, or dismiss it after noting the project and activity.

  4. Recognize notification types

Notifications can report Auto-Analyze, automatic trade selection, drawing ingestion, Scope Gap Analysis, Change Log, Contract Inclusions, and Bid List Audit work.

They can also report bid invitations, submitted or revised bids, received Project Messages, and checklists that need to be refreshed.

  5. Verify the result

After opening an alert, review the resulting package, analysis, message, or checklist status.

Resolve any attention marker or failed activity before publishing dependent work.
