Before you begin

  • A jobsite address, city, and state
  • A selected market sector
  • At least one active bid package

Step-by-step

Follow these steps

  1. Open Bid List Agent

Open Bid Packages and select Bid List Agent. You can also continue to the agent from Auto-Analyze after packages are created.

If ScrubPlan requests missing project information, update the jobsite location or market sector before continuing.

  2. Choose the packages

Select the active packages that need bidder recommendations and start the review.

ScrubPlan checks prior projects and bid lists for proven bidders, then searches the market around the project for additional qualified companies.

  3. Track package status

Watch each package move through the agent workflow. You can review completed packages while others continue processing.

If a package fails, use Retry for that package. Use Retry All only when several packages need another attempt.

  4. Review each recommendation

Read the recommendation reason and check whether the company came from your bid history, vendor data, or the surrounding market search.

Review suggested contacts and available source information before selecting a company.

Confirm that the company performs the package scope and can work in the project location.

  5. Select and apply bidders

Select the companies you want for each package, then choose Apply Selected.

Return to the package bidder list and confirm contact names, email addresses, and package assignments.

  6. Prepare to publish

Use the bidder coverage tools to fill any remaining package gaps and resolve missing contact information.

Review the final list before selecting Publish Project to Bidders.
